The Hoxton Urban Lodge Based in Shoreditch, London. Opened September 2006. New build 205 bed hotel, the brainchild of Sinclair Beecham, co-founder of Pret a Manger. Procured and project managed the implementation of approx. £500K of IT systems including interactive TV, televisions, telephone system, PMS, POS, guest internet, telecoms, CAT5 cabling, web site, web booking engine, GDS connectivity, accounting system and back office IT systems. Fluent2 supplied and supports the back office IT equipment (runs Opera v3 PMS) and web site. Part of the ongoing brand development team and responsible for IT project management of future hotels. Retained as outsourced IT managers. www.hoxtonhotels.comSplendid Hotel Group Responsible for IT support of all 15 London based hotels, featuring 2 core brand Holiday Inns (Camden Lock and Brentford Lock), Express by Holiday Inns (Southwark, Royal Docks, Park Royal, Limehouse and Earl’s Court), Easyhotel Victoria, plus Best Western, Comfort Inns and independents. Intercontinental Hotel, London St James
Complete internal refurbishment of period building to 5 star standards, this is the second Intercontinental Hotel in the UK. The property will have 258 rooms, 4 F&B areas and 8 meeting rooms. The hotel is due to open in late 2010. Fluent2 is responsible for the design, budgetary control, procurement and project management of the IT infrastructure installation.
